Fabienne Bouville grew up in France, but when she was 16 and her American mother missed the US too much, the family moved to New York. She stayed in the city through high school, college, several creative years, and then grad school. She obtained a degree in photojournalism at ICP and an MFA in film from NYU. She then moved to Los Angeles where she focused her career on editing. She is grateful for the many years of exciting work, as well as the opportunity to become a Californian.
